1. No Refunds for Digital Products

All sales are final. Once a trading bot or digital product has been purchased and delivered, no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be granted. By completing a purchase on our website, you fully accept and agree to this policy.

2. Exceptions

A refund may be considered in the following exceptional cases:

  • Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally made multiple purchases of the same product, we will refund the duplicate transactions.
  • Non-Delivery: If you did not receive the product after your purchase and it is verified that delivery or download did not occur, we will investigate and either resend the product or issue a refund.
  • Critical Technical Issue: If the product has a verified, unresolvable malfunction that prevents it from functioning as described, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within 7 business days, a refund may be granted.

Note: To qualify for any of the above exceptions, you must contact us within 7 days of your purchase and provide sufficient proof (e.g., order number, screenshots, etc.).

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure:

  • They have read and understood the product description before purchasing.
  • Their trading environment (platform, system, configuration) is compatible with the bot’s requirements.
  • They are aware that past performance of a trading bot does not guarantee future results.
